HEROES RUN is the principle fundraiser of the charity Pass It On Africa. 1000's of people dress up as superheroes and run 5km or 10km, all in aid of building schools and supporting education in Africa. HEROES RUN London 2012 marks the first time that the superhero band waggon will hit the capital!

Everyone can take part in HEROES RUN! We have a kids 500m Dash, a 5km event and a 10km event.

Entry fee: £12 for 5km, £14 for 10km, £3 for kids 500m dash

Saturday 7th April 2012, Warickshire

The Wolf Run is not your average mud run, trail run or obstacle run - it’s all three and then some! The only Wild Run in the UK, it’s a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes & thick mud.

Running in a pack, or as a lone wolf, you’ll tackle a series of seriously tough obstacles - both man-made and natural - designed to test your mental & physical strength, skill and stamina. You’ll run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge you on every level.

Saturday 12th May 2012, Swanley

The 10km course is a mixture of trails, grassland and of course, the motocross circuit. The downhills are as tough as the uphill so get some hill training in and we'll see you on the start line! We didn't think anyone would break the hour for this 10k in 2011 but many brave souls did. Will you?

Sunday 20th May, Hove seafront

The original HEROES RUN hits Brighton once agin this May for the 8th year running. As ever, this hugely popular event has limited spaces so enter now to avoid missing out!

Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd December 2012, Aldershot

GRIM is an 8 mile race held over the Army’s vehicle testing tracks so expect it to be interesting! It’s tough but we know you wouldn’t want it any other way and 6,500 nutters in 2011 are proof of that.

Either enter as an individual or round up some mates and enter as a team of three people in either the women only, men only or mixed team categories.
